Lucy teaches Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on synchronising breath with movement to encourage a high level of mindfulness in the practice. She feels that along with the more obvious physical benefits and improved energy levels, yoga can also help us to connect with our inner strengths, to develop a positive outlook and to enjoy life more. Each student is encouraged to be aware of his or her individual needs and circumstances and to work to the edge of their own ability. Every class finishes with a deep relaxation.

Lucy currently teaches Yoga for Pregnancy; Yoga for Teenagers; Yoga in a Chair as well as General Yoga classes. Her background is in social work. She is married with four children.
